Darrin has over 20 years of experience in investment banking across equities, capital raising, corporate advisory, and principal investments. He has worked across a broad range of sectors, advising corporate clients and institutional investors on public market and private transactions. Darrin spent over ten years at Macquarie Bank in their Sydney, London, and New York offices. Darrin started his career at ABN AMRO in Sydney in their mergers and acquisitions team.

Darrin received his Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. Darrin also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New South Wales and was a recipient of the UNSW Co-Op Scholarship.
